Emerging from the winter void into the slowly strummed melody of Spring, I have felt an invitation with the harmony of my Wholeness. Linden bracts and blossoms began beckoning me into daily nourishing infusions with their sweet medicine. Plant spirits often come to accompany me on my learning journey, supporting my ability to fully receive the lessons arriving into my embodied experience.

My creative magic has brewed quietly for the past 10 years as I have been incrementally initiated into integrated expression. This path has gifted me the powerful responsibility to steward my gifts in integrity. That potent devotion has called me into communion with my Wholeness. With each dive into my fractaled aspects of self, I retrieve another Gift to weave into the liberated expression of my Essence.

With Linden’s guidance and my Heart’s intuition, I have been inquiring about how my Wholeness influences my Creative process. I have been curious about how Wholeness harmonizes my gifts. I have been listening with the activated awareness that I experience when I am fully present with my Wholeness. In these inquiries I’ve begun to weave an intentional ecology to support the creative force within me. I have begun to see how important All of Me is for the stewarding of my Gifts.

Tuning In with The Realm of Heart, the home of my presence, the convergence point for my unique Essence. The space of my truth that dissolves distortions and remembers my Wholeness. I speak from my Knowing.

Restoring Wholeness

You are here to LIVE in your divine blueprint, the complex orchestra of vibration that makes up your unique essence. You arrived into this body of being with a conscious collection of traits that harmonize to create a frequency of synergy as a gift to this realm of existence. When you are living in a liberated expression of your Wholeness, you are beaming your powerful resonance into this world and strumming a chord of synchronicity with reality.

Restoration is your present invitation. All the years of internal separation are calling for a conscious integration. A celebratory communion that includes all of your demons. The wisdom in your wounds will offer gifts to you, granting access to the nourishment that you need to Express yourself Fully. Your creative works of heart seek your Wholeness Harmony, for that builds your capacity to steward them in integrity. You need all facets of your truth to discover the medicine in you.

The process of restoration requires a vow of devotion, a pilgrimage into your portals of transformation. You must be willing to walk the winding path of remembering, gathering your gifts and tending to your wounds with holy offerings. You must be willing to live into what you are learning, to alchemize the maturation of this Wholeness integration. You must be willing to live in reciprocity - giving from your Wholeness generously and receiving replenishment regularly.

This is the invitation to be Wholly Seen. In your mesmerizing, in your messy and in all the mundane moments in between. This is about living as a Human Being. In all of your divinity and in all of your density. It is time to set down the idea of healing, and walk in receptivity with the journey of Whole-ing. The pursuit of perfection is a grand illusion, pulling your presence in distorted directions leading to a false conclusion. This is a life of ebbs and flows, of yes’s and no’s, of births and deaths, of inviting what is to come and honoring what is left.

Your Wholeness is simply about accepting yourself into the belonging of your heart, exactly as you are. In this pursuit, you will naturally heal wounds. You will organically arrive into new versions of you. You will be guided through your receptivity to steward your energy, your wholeness, your gifts, your brokenness - with gentleness. You will build trust with your knowing as you participate in the constant of your growing. You will become as you are meant to, by being devoted to the Whole of you.

Tuning In with The Realm of Shadow, the underworld of my being where contrast sings flames of alchemy to my wounding. The space where my fractaled aspects reside, where my shadow frequencies hide, where my portals of transformation invite me into the void of illumination. I speak from the Wisdom of my Wounds.

Your Distinction Lives In Your Darkness

Your unique flavor of expression speaks through your Essence as it births through your preferences. The shadows of your path offer potent contrast like a window of stained glass. You are a masterpiece shining light through opacity, creating novel notes and melodies.

The spells you cast with the creations you craft dance with perception, weaving through the liminal spaces between beliefs and strumming powerful activations. You are your most life altering intention. The gifts that you carry awaken dormant remembering through the resonance that you are strumming.

The drum beat of your shadow dancing casts a flickering light of beckoning, calling for all of your separateness to express suppressed merriments. This is the creative spark of magic and truth. This is the creative work of heart alive inside of you.

The wisdom that you are walking, gathers ALL threads of your being. Every moment of your journey offers another aspect of your learning. Woven into the Whole of you, lives the distinction that will nourish you. The specific nutrients that blossom your Essence. The potent knowingness of your medicine.

Tuning In with The Realm of Embodiment, the flowing waters of my being. Tapping into the sensory clarity that my emotional flexibility gifts to me. Receiving the influx of energy that translates through the languages of wisdom that speak through my body. I share from my Embodied Being.

Activating Our Wholeness Intelligence

The body is an interfacing ecology that offers sensations of information via languages of embodied wisdom. When our internal landscape has been parceled off into plots of limiting beliefs, when our self perception has been divided into palatable sections, when our evolution has been interrupted through wounded traumas trapping us in time- We lose access to the primal awareness that makes up our Wholeness Intelligence. Living in the shadows of separation causes a sensory deprivation. This detrimental form of depletion steeps us in the intensity of scarcity and we forget what it means to BE fully embodied. We are functioning from a survival strategy.

When we feel safe to be Whole, a primal intelligence is activated. There is a sense of cohesion in our being that connects us into the chord of belonging. We become part of rather than separate from. In this oneness, we tap into a universal communication, an intrinsic understanding of communion. We remember that we are a woven thread in this divine ecology, contributing our essence as an offering.

Our Wholeness intelligence perceives reality from a sense of resourcedness, an innate knowing that there is enough to meet our needs, soothing the tensions of scarcity. It is from this place that we have a primal directive to live in reciprocity. In order to do that fully, we need to be acutely aware of energy. This is our psychic ability. We learn to be in inquiry, a form of receptivity that bridges communication across time and dimensions. It opens our perception to interbeing understanding and allows us to perceive the layers of reality through a lens of flexibility. An expanded clarity.

We are tuned in with our Embodied language, a chorus of distinction that doesn’t require explanation. Sometimes we call this intuition, the knowing in your being about what is presently happening. The more we build intimacy with this Intelligence, the more we begin to trust our internal compass. We can FEEL through the layered reception of our body’s interpretations and follow the guidance that our Wholeness provides.

This sophisticated degree of discernment is the key ingredient for our Attunement, the integration practice that leads to our alignment. When we walk in our alignment, our creative magic weaves effortlessly. We listen closely with all the energy that is engaging our gifts, and learn to distinguish the nourishing choices for our Wholeness. We dance with the cycles of our experience without attachment to the process. Our navigation becomes a devotion, a prayer at the altar of our Essence.

Tuning In with The Realm of Nature, the spirits of the Earth that offer generous remembrance to my inner knowing through their natural state of being. The divine ecology that lives symbiotically and reflects my primal blueprint to me. The spirals and cycles of this experience that humble me into surrender. Nature speaks.

Learning with Linden

A gentle grandmother of soothing truth, the Linden tree breathes her immensity through heart shaped leaves and the scent of honeyed sweetness emanating from her flower’s nectar. Her heart healing love washes over our being, allowing us to rest in her nourishment. Linden harmonizes our Wholeness and restores our ability to be in the rhythm of reciprocity, greeting all that we meet with an Earth heartbeat of generosity and receptivity.

Linden works her way into our consciousness somatically, tending to our muscles and tissues tenderly. She speaks songs of soothing to all the types of muscles we house in our being, bringing an antispasmodic action to relieve tension. This calming sensation stimulates an orchestra of relaxation through our nervous system. Without suppressing our nervous system’s interfacing ability, we are lulled into a calm sense of harmony as we release rigidity. Our tissues, though differentiated based on body systems and location, are all interconnected and respond reflectively. If you have a tissue issue in one area of the body, the whole of your tissues is impacted. The flavonoids in Linden work to strengthen our tissues, creating a natural anti-inflammatory action that supports our body’s discernment about what to perceive as an irritant. When our tissues are functioning optimally, we are not broadcasting inflammation throughout our whole body. As part of the Mallow family, Linden carries the magic of being mucilaginous. Her mucopolysaccharides mimic the effects of mucus, coating our tissues with protective moisture. This layer of juiciness supports our immune system by fortifying our natural boundaries. All of these woven actions create an overall message of serenity throughout our body, disarming our often overactive defenses. Our muscles relax, our tissues replenish, and our body’s discerning ability enhances. Linden does much more than I can demonstrate here, yet these specific understandings marry well with what I have learned about her Spiritually.

Linden alleviates our gripping emotional contractions, gifting a softening perception of what is speaking through our being. She tunes us IN to our embodied sensing, calming the looping narratives of stagnant stories and inviting the gentle language of our intuitive knowing. Within this potent guidance, we can FEEL divine alignments. We begin to trust our discernment and attune our reality in accordance. The more we choose to walk in integrity, the less we choose to engage in depleting realities. When our energy is released from the intensity of upholding our defense mechanisms, we restore our vital ability to give freely. This soothes our attachment to scarcity and welcomes us into the abundance of reciprocity. Linden teaches us how good it feels to give, when we are replenished readily. She teaches us how to listen with the beauty of our needs and receive the tending that we seek.

Her gift is one of restoration. She tends to the structures of our physicality to communicate a sense of safety. By bringing our presence into our Heart’s knowing, our harmonic space of being, Linden realigns all that is causing a sense of separation.
She is Wholeness medicine.
