Hi folks! Today I will be navigating through The Realms of Wisdom with curiosity about how we stabilize our expansion. As Spring approaches, the invitation to emerge stimulates our desire to ground IN the transformations that have taken place in the Winter spiral. Through the liminal shedding of the void season, we come to face the vibrational lenses of perception that no longer harmonize our resonance. In this transformation process, we repattern our reality, shape shifting our inner landscape to meet our evolving needs and unfurling desires. Much of this journey requires that we surrender our attachment to the song we have been singing through our identity. This dissolution process can sweep us into mystery, encouraging that we embrace the “Not Knowingness”. As we release the attachments to well worn patterns, spaciousness reveals and fresh expressions of our essence begin an imprinting process. Each evolution invites us into a learning, a humble exploration of how source moves through our Wholeness. Integration is the crystallization of all the changes that we endured. My wondering is exploring how we cultivate stability, a new baseline of being, that nourishes and protects the emerging version of our embodied identity.
How do we set roots with this new vibration? How best can we steward our choices in the integration phase of this journey? How do we nourish our Wholeness in the process?

Rooting Into Ritual
There is a sense of liberation in our fresh configuration, an awareness of the shifts in our blueprint that speaks possibility to our experience of reality. We have shed our skins, peeling back the layers of our withering stories and dropping those petals of death to the soil beneath our surface. The fertility of our personal soil is based on our ability to compost consistently. To consciously give all that we release to the foundation of our energy. Roots are the reliable pathway to this potent resource, drawing up nourishment as a steady stream of life force. When we are ready to grow into the newness of our navigation and embrace the gifts of our transformation, we must set roots from our evolved expression. Roots provide stability, anchoring in our harmonic frequency and grounding our Essence into this Earth Realm Reality. These roots will nourish and resource the creative force blooming through our being, ensuring that the energy we are stewarding feels the necessary sense of security.
We cultivate stability through a rhythmic relationship to ritual. Ritual is a conscious weaving, a gathering of energy that creates a vortex. This vortex is infused with an essence, an energetic potion woven with threads of intention. When we step into this field of energy, we calibrate with the potent frequency and fortify our embodied integrity. A momentum grows as we create a daily devotion to these ritual intentions. The energy builds upon itself, leading to an exponential evolution, cultivating a foundation that grounds IN our transformation.
Our Rituals become our garden, the optimal landscape that we can root into, the safe place to receive our nourishment and flourish in our Essence.

Choose
How incredibly easy it can be to disassociate from responsibility, to drift carelessly into the familiar shape of our recently released identity. Catering to the looping voices that dictate the energy behind our choices. The distorted beliefs of our wounded history, ensuring that there is no safety in mystery. The safety is in our habits, our unconscious patterns and our distinguished defenses. We spent years building familiarity with these trauma spun narratives, the addictive tendency of predictability. Why then would we give ourselves willingly to weaving a new story with vulnerability?
How incredibly easy it can be to neglect responsibility, to ignore our instinctual clarity and suppress our present moment needs in order to feed our shadow codependency. To serve the demands of our insatiable demons, gluttonously gorging on our reserves of energy. All of our vitality syphoned into a false reality of delusion and fear. But hey, it’s comfortable here. We know this place, we crafted it meticulously to preserve our dignity. We needed this place to feel safe and protected, to ensure our stories were tended. This space validates all that we have endured. Why would we close this door?
How incredibly easy it can be to negotiate out of responsibility, to build a case for what we seek when our shadow needs are begging and pleading. To hear the hungry ghosts howling, creaking and cracking like monsters snacking on the foundations of our transformation. It seems so innocent, to give in just a little bit. To rupture our integrity for a hit. To convince ourselves that entertaining this attachment wont disrupt the reality that we have just repatterened. To advocate for self dishonesty as we oppose what we know in our bones. The sacrifice of harmony for choices that are harming me.
How incredibly easy it can be to embrace responsibility, to choose confidently as we nourish our needs. To honor our own boundaries by listening with receptivity to the guidance we are receiving. To feel the shifts in our frequency as we root into integrity, devoting our choices to the Wholeness voices. Trusting our knowing as we navigate this new way of being, teaching our shadows a new way of seeing. The liberation from the confines of our mind as the web of old stories unbind. We are free to steward our energy into a landscape of synergy.
There is no map for integration, only the present moment choices that offer us fresh options. Forging a new path is a divergence from the past. We carry the wisdom of our learnings into the evolution of our soul’s yearnings.

The Immune System
In my exploration, the Immune System goes beyond the tangible organs that organize into a symphony of intelligent discernment. While this physical representation is incredibly important within this conversation, I want to emphasize the crucial aspect of our energy body. The sphere of energy that makes up our personal frequency field is fed and fortified by the beliefs we carry and the choices influenced by these underlying currents. The more consciously we steward our energy in integrity with our Wholeness, the stronger our natural boundaries become. I envision this as fully cohesive field of vibration that is structurally intact, meaning there are no leaks of energy beaming misaligned frequencies that magnetize distorted manifestations. In this vision, we are naturally protected from all that does not support our unique pathway of learning.
This of course does not imply that we won’t meet challenges, pains and wounding, as these facets of a human being are most certainly potent learnings. It does however invite us to consider the many ways our energy is psychically syphoned into circulations that deplete our vitality and interrupt the harmony of our specific journey. Due to the traumas that we carry, many of us are consistently looping in narratives that cycle us incessantly with learnings that do not serve our path. We are fractured and fractaled, stuck in suppressive states of separation within our own being. This leaves us susceptible to infiltration, allowing projections to hook into our perception and warp our Essence. In effect, we lose our ability to discern what is aligned for us and what is not. The overstimulated stress and hyper-vigilance of dealing with these psychic invasions leave us in a state of survival. When we are thrust into engagements and dynamics that do not synergize harmonically with our Soul’s journey, we stifle our ability to thrive and flourish within our unique Essence. We lose access to our gifts
To remedy this energetic malady we must tend to our cohesive sphere of immunity. We must embrace responsibility for the Wholeness of our energy. We must understand that all we engage with is a form of resource for something in our field. We are feeding our frequency constantly, through what we choose to interface with. We must learn to mend the primal ability of discernment, this natural aspect of our blueprint that has been diminished due to trauma and cultural impositions.
In studying our physical immune system, we learn the importance of filtration. This sophisticated symphony is constantly discerning in advocacy for our internal harmony. As our bodies take in the complexity of our environment, the necessary components that meet our functional needs are assimilated through channels of absorption, while debris that is signaled as disruptive or detrimental is swept out through waste channels. This is a highly simplistic overview of the complex music that our body sings, yet it clarifies the point - a vitally functioning Immune System distinguishes between aligned nourishment and destructive depletion.
Fortifying our Energetic Immune System speaks safety to our being. And this brings us to the weaving of our winter shedding and ritually rooting with our Vital Soul Nutrients. As we shed our skins in the winter, releasing misaligned perceptions and retracting our energy from distorted frequencies, we create spaciousness for the rupture in our field to be addressed. We reestablish the ability to hold that energy consciously and begin dancing in stewardship with it. Once rooted in depletion, this stream of our energy needs a fertile supportive soil to ground INTO. This beautiful mending invites us to feed our energy with vitality, the responsibility to consistently choose that which nourishes us over that which depletes us. This an incremental process of Devotion, that fortifies through time, slowly informing our being of our safety and forging a path of flourishing vitality that gives us access to our gifts and a sense of cohesive Wholeness.
How do we do this? Learn the language of your embodiment. Practice your discernment. Tune IN with your Yes and your No. Honor your needs. Listen with your Emotions as signals of communication. Build intimacy with your instincts. Truly cultivate relationship with yourself and prioritize your preferences. You will begin to naturally emanate your boundaries, as they will become a byproduct of you walking in integrity with yourself. The more you GIVE to RECEIVING yourself in Wholeness, the more cohesive your sphere of immunity will be.
This journey supports the safety and stability that we need as we ground IN our freshly transformed expression.

Nettles: The Gift of Boundaries and Nourishment
When I began my exploration of these inquiries, I imagined that the plant spirit would be a big magnificent tree or a plant with potent medicine in it’s roots. But the roots summoned me deeper into an understanding about their purpose, and this lead me to nourishment. The oh so green and vital beauty, Nettles, vibrated into my awareness and the guidance felt suddenly obvious. Flood the body with resources, build the reserves of nourishment and maintain an expression of clear boundaries in the process. This will provide the stability your embodiment seeks.
Nettles is a giver. A plant of flourishing abundance, overflowing with generosity and nutrients. She feeds and protects countless species, while nourishing the soil deeply. She is restorative, regenerative and resourced. She is revitalizing to our entirety, supporting the sense of safety inside of our bodies. When our systems feel replenished and our embodiment feels nourished, we have the agency to steward our energy fluently. Depletion disables our agency. So much of our energy goes to the repair of what is not functioning vitally, that we have little to spare for the consistent cultivation of a new foundation. Nettles helps us fortify our functioning. She helps us to restore our vitality and steward our energy with boundaries and generosity.
Nettles requires presence, a conscious intentional interaction. She is covered in tiny stinging needles that inject those that touch them with a symphony of chemicals, leaving a lasting effect and a clear communication about boundaries. The histamine triggers an immune response - activating your discernment. The Formic Acid gives you a visceral hot and spicy rash - helping you embody the message. The Acetylcholine stimulates your memory, your focus, your learning center - imprinting the lesson. The Serotonin taps into your social behavior - reminding you to mind your presence manners. In this way Nettles has taught me to allow for my boundaries to express naturally, to unapologetically embody my Wholeness which includes the clarity about how to protect my energy. To be consistent in tending to myself in this way, understanding that these boundaries provide me with the sense of safety that allows for my flourishing. These boundaries liberate me from the constant need to accommodate in a depleting way.
I call on the spirit of Nettles when I am in prayer with boundaries, abundance, and nourishment. I tune IN with her vibrancy, her green energy, and allow her frequency to enter my conscious awareness. I invite this as an imprint, an energetic signature to attune with. I also drink Nettles regularly as a Nourishing Infusion. Nourishing Infusions require a long steep, 8 or so hours. I make a half gallon of Nettles at night and drink her throughout the next day. I can feel the green enveloping my body, I can feel the nutrients feeding my being, I can feel her energy revitalizing me.
Ritually connecting with this plant spirit supports my replenishment after the transformational discombobulation of Winter. She helps me nourish my newly set roots and maintain clarity with my boundaries. She invokes a strength in me, that confidently embodies the new expression of my Essence.

Tuning IN with the Grounding Points. The foundational integration tools that cultivate strength in our relationships. Our pillars of priority that nurture our connection to our Wholeness, our Kinships, our Planet, our Gifts.
Vital Soul Nutrients:
Vital Soul Nutrients are specifically curated Rituals that nurture our Wholeness, our Harmony, our Liberation, our Vitality, and our Resourcedness. They are unique to each of us, as they feed the distinct needs of our embodied Essence. These daily devotions are the necessary components that fortify our Wholeness. Each ritual is woven into our daily experience as a way to steward our energy consciously. This ensures we are continuously grounding, consistently tending, and constantly confirming our ability to meet our own needs ritually.
This practice requires Devotion. We must become conscious willing participants in our daily experience. We must commit to the responsibility of showing up regularly to embody these Vital Soul Nutrients. We are teaching our being that we can trust our choices, that we can consciously co-create our reality by choosing how we devote our energy. When we prioritize our own needs in this way, we strengthen our field. If we are constantly feeding the frequencies that are nourishing, then we are breeding reciprocity in our being. This is the antidote to depletion.
We must be in a state of Receptivity in order to cultivate intimacy with our needs. To clarify and understand what these Vital Soul Nutrients are, we have to listen to our Whole being. We must be present with our body and tune IN with the guidance that we carry. We must build fluency with the languages of wisdom that speak through us. Our body systems, our emotions, our instincts - all share information that easefully lead us into clarity about our needs.
In this process, our Discernment in heightened. The more we listen, the more we learn. We begin to distinguish clearly with our yes’s and our no’s. We learn our preferences by tending to our needs and feeling the differences in our embodiment. We build a sense of safety through our ability to honor our Vital Soul Nutrients. This naturally creates boundaries with anything that is out of alignment.
A living breathing practice of Attunement, Vital Soul Nutrients give us the opportunity to build Integrity. When we take the time to identify what it is we need and we give meaning to the choosing of that action - we begin a relationship with intention. Our intention is a spell, a frequency field of energy that creates a reality. When we engage with our intentions by honoring the commitment to the actions that steward those intentions forward, we energetically speak into existence that which we desire. Essentially, honoring this practice supports us in shaping our field of energy optimally.
