Rhiannon, what a rich attunement. There is so much to comment on here for each realm is a teaching, a gift, a discernment unto themselves. I am going to focus on the heart. I loved this, "The Heart has no use for distortion, for it can see beyond the debris." Speaking truth from the heart is a powerful practice that I am engaged with right now. For the heart is simple. It does not need a lot of words, just simple truth. Spoken with intention, tapping into the vibrational energy that is created from the spoken words. The Heart gets down to the core (cor meaning heart) of the matter!

My Heart seems to be the focal space in my body that I am learning with at the moment - remembering how to LIVE in the Heart Field and receive the LOVE that is ever-present. I was especially drawn to the realm of shadow and this line: "The waves of reality are in constant motion, moving into and through your embodied reception, never intending to take up residence in the stagnant pockets formed by fractured wounds." Seeing the torus of me always flowing, always renewing is beautiful. Just yesterday, I think I had an experience of this embodied receptivity. I was on a walk with a friend who is going through a rough time, and they were intensely expressing their experience. Because of my sensitivity, my normal response in those situations is to shore up my energetic boundaries so my friend's energy can't get into me. But yesterday, I felt compelled to try something new so I found myself receiving into me his energy and then I watched (and was surprised to see) an inner fire transmute the energy before it flowed back out of me. Instead of being depleted by the situation as I normally would've been, I felt strangely nourished by it. Your attunement here has really helped me put that into words. Thank you so much!

I often feel a version of that with client work - synergy sessions - nourished vital vibrations flowing through my body and my field. I am still learning how to allow for this to occur in my closest relationships. I imagine with my clients, the dynamic is very clear so the energy moves within the integrity of that purity. My intimate connections hold more layers of nuance in the dynamic - wounds and stories etc - that emerge and need more time/space to be FELT and integrated!!! I love that you mentioned a torus as that is my primary visual when casting protection and seeding my field with intention.
